What information do I need to search for my Parking Violation on MyToronto Pay?
To search for your parking violation(s) and submit payments on MyToronto Pay, you will first need to click Find & Pay Violations to get started. From there, agree to the Terms of Use and select I understand after reading the information about finding a violation on the website.
Parking violations can be found on MyToronto Pay through one of two ways:
- Using an Ontario Driver's Licence or Ontario Registrant Identification Number (R.I.N.)
- Using both the Violation Notice and Licence plate number
Please note that Non-Ontario licence plate holders must use the second option on MyToronto Pay.
After your violation is located, you can choose to either pay the violation or add another violation. Please note that if there are multiple citations associated with your Driver's License or R.I.N., you will be prompted to pay all violations or choose a specific violation to pay.
If you’re not ready to pay, click the back arrow at the top left of the screen to return to the Dashboard. The Dashboard will display your available bill(s) next time you visit MyToronto Pay.
Otherwise, you can add another violation, or choose to pay your violation(s). See Quick Steps to Pay a Parking Violation Online for information on making a tax bill payment online.
