What should I do if I am locked out of my MyToronto Pay account?
If you are unable to remember your correct MyToronto Pay account password, the password can be reset by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login screen, and entering in the email address associated with your account.
You will receive an email with the subject line "PayIt Account" with a link to click to reset your password and unlock your account. The link is valid for 24 hours. Once you create a new password with that link, your account will be unlocked.
Note: If your account was set up using one of the social sign on options — Apple, Facebook, or Google — you will not receive a password reset email by clicking Forgot Password. Instead, you will need to update the password through the respective social platform.
