Can I receive a full refund if I made an accidental payment?

Refunds are not a regular service included in the PayIt Terms of Use for MyToronto Pay. When eligible, MyToronto Pay offers a one-time only courtesy refund for payments made using a credit or debit card.

 

Customers have a 24 calendar hour period to request a one-time refund for an accidental completed payment transaction using a credit or debit card.

 

Get in touch with PayIt Support using the blue “Help” widget at the bottom corner of your screen to confirm eligibility. See the City's Pay Your Property Tax or Utility Bill webpage for more information about refunds.
