Can I schedule my utility bill payment in advance with MyToronto Pay?
Yes! After adding your bill to the cart (see Quick Steps to Pay a Utility Bill Online), you may schedule your payment for any future date up until the bill due date.
On the day prior to the charge, you will receive a "Scheduled Payment Reminder" email to the address provided in your Contact Information. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a "Scheduled Payment Confirmation" at the same email address.
- Review the Processing Fee and select, change, or confirm the Payment Method.
- Choose the Payment Date for the current date or a future date up to the bill due date.
- Click Pay $--.--.
Note:
- Payments can be scheduled for a future date.
- Payments can be scheduled for past due utility bills up until 56 calendar days after the due date.
- A “Scheduled Payment Confirmation” email will be sent to the email address provided in your Contact Information.
- A “Scheduled Payment Reminder” email will be sent to the same email address on the day prior to the charge.
- Scheduled payments can be cancelled on the dashboard.
