Connect to a Utility Account on MyToronto Pay
Connect your utility account on MyToronto Pay to see available bills, make payments, and schedule future payments. To get started, click Connect Account and agree to the Terms of Use.
Utility accounts can be found on MyToronto Pay by entering the following details and clicking Submit:
- Account Number as it appears on the bill
- Client number as it appears on the bill
- Last name or business name as it appears on the bill
- Postal code of the mailing address
- Last Payment Method used to pay your most recent utility bill
All of the above information is required to locate a utility account on MyToronto Pay.
Confirm your information and click Yes, that’s it. If any current bills are available, you’ll be prompted to choose to pay the Total or Partial amount due or search for additional accounts. If you’re not ready to pay, click the back arrow at the top left of the screen to return to the Dashboard.
