What should I do if I cannot find my utility account on MyToronto Pay?
If you’re unable to find your utility account on MyToronto Pay, first check to be sure you are entering the Utility Account Lookup information exactly as it appears on your bill.
If the account still is not found in the app, the city will be able to help locate your information:
