Remove a Utility Account from MyToronto Pay
Removing a utility account from your MyToronto Pay online profile will not affect the utility account owner status or any bill balance due.
To remove a utility account from MyToronto Pay, click Remove Account on the Dashboard.
- Click Yes, unlink.
- Choose the account (or multiple accounts) you wish to remove from your online Profile and click Submit.
- Confirm your selection and choice to unlink and click Yes, unlink.
