Where can I find my paid utility account receipts?

Receipts for utility account payments will be stored in your online profile on MyToronto Pay, provided the payment was made while signed into your Profile. Receipts will also be delivered to the email address entered in your Contact Information at the time of payment.

To locate your utility receipt, sign in, click the Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, and choose Receipts to see a full list of receipts for all online payments made while using your MyToronto Pay Profile.

Note: Online payments made as a guest will have receipts delivered by email.
