Can I pay my utility bill online with EFT, Credit, or Debit Card?

City utility bill payments may be made online with MyToronto Pay using either EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Credit Card, or Debit Card.

Payment Methods can be added to your Profile in advance of making any online payments (see Add a Payment Method to a MyToronto Pay Profile) or the first time a bill is paid online (see Quick Steps to Pay a Utility Bill Online).

Visit your Profile page to add additional payment options or to remove payment options you no longer want to use (see Remove a Payment Method from a MyToronto Pay Profile).
