Quick Steps to Pay a Utility Bill Online

After connecting to a utility account on MyToronto Pay, all Available Bills will be listed on the Dashboard. (see Connect to a Utility Account on MyToronto Pay)

Click Available Bills to view the utility bill details:

1. Click Pay Bill to get started
2. Choose Total amount due and Partial amount due
3. Enter your Contact Information, click Submit to add the bill to the cart, and click Go to cart
4. Review the cart and click Checkout when you’re ready to pay
5. Add a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Link a Bank Account and choose your Payment Date
6. Review the final payment summary and click the Pay $--.-- button to complete your transaction

Your successful payment receipt will be sent to the email address entered in your Contact Information and also stored in your Profile under Receipts.
