What do I need to search for my Property Account on MyToronto Pay?

Connect your property on MyToronto Pay to see available bills, make payments, and schedule future payments. Click Connect Property to get started and agree to the Terms of Use.

Properties can be found on MyToronto Pay by entering the following details and clicking Submit:

• Assessment Roll Number as it appears on the bill
• Customer number as it appears on the bill
• Last name or business name as it appears on the bill
• Postal code of the mailing address

All information is required to locate a property on MyToronto Pay.

Confirm your information and click Yes, that’s it. If any current bills are available, you’ll be prompted to choose to pay the Total amount due or the Partial amount due. Or if you’re not ready to pay, click the back arrow at the top left of the screen to return to the Dashboard.
