Locate Receipts on MyToronto Pay

So long as the payment was made while signed into your Profile, payment receipts will be stored in your online profile on MyToronto Pay.

To locate your receipt, sign in, click the Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Payments from the drop-down list. 

Select the payment listed under Payment History. Your Receipt will display in the next screen.
