How to Unenrol from Utility eBilling Through MyToronto Pay
To cancel eBilling for a utility account and return to receiving bills through the mail, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MyToronto Pay profile
- Choose Explore Service under Utilities (Water and Solid Waste Management).
- Click the tab to Manage eBilling.
- Select the option to Unenrol account(s).
- Select the Account you wish to unenrol, and click Submit.
- You will receive an email confirmation that you have successfully unenroled your utility account from eBilling.
Note:
- Changes made to enrolment status can only be made through the MyToronto profile that enroled the utility account in eBilling.
- If your account is enroled in eBilling through the Toronto.ca, or you are unable to access the MyToronto profile that enroled in eBilling, please contact the City of Toronto Revenue Services Team to verify your information.
